Dream: I dreamt that I was in this huge facility, like a space or secret military looking building. I was there to find something or collect something but I don't know what. This black American security guard was leading me down these corridors. There were lots or doors everywhere (the place looked like a Star trek space station). I came to a door that actually opened towards us (the wrong way) and it had a sign for the room on the inside of the door instead of outside of the room. The sign said "NO SEEKERS". I found this really strange because to me it seemed that "seekers" were either another race of people or another species. I got worried here, that I was not safe here and felt as though the whole place was being run by aliens or something similar. This is where I forgot what I was there for. I turned to the black guy and said "There's something weird going on here, now long have you worked here for". He replied "8yrs". I said "Well then you definitely would've noticed then". He seemed really worried now and took me back to the control room where I basically bolted from as fast as I could. I knew however that they (whoever they are) knew something and were going to dispose of this guy. I took off in my car and coming up to this T -intersection, found this huge dragon stretching himself out for a nap. I felt he had been sent form the facility to get me though, so I didnŐt drive around him in case he might throw his head back on me and crush my car. Instead I waited till he settled and started snoozing (much like a big pussy cat) and then drove around him and took off up the highway. I woke then.
Quentin's Diagnosis: Dear Shelley, You're in the control room of your own destiny as you come and go. The car represents your personal direction and the space station with the many corridors is the type of building governing your work or job you do. The many doors lead you into the different opportunities, realities or options. The Dragon is a sign of good fortune. Funding and collecting is the purpose but as you look around you feel like a stranger in a strange land. This black American security guard is your higher self guiding you to your better interests. The 8 years stand for balance of power and experience.The "seekers" or opportunists are of another species and you don't see yourself in that way. The dream is saying, If you want to make a change in your life, don't tell anybody until you're ready to do it.
